About Us
What is Socialbookmarkingadda?
Socialbookmarkingadda is a free platform for saving, organising and sharing the links you find useful on the internet. Instead of losing that article you bookmarked three months ago, you keep it here — organised by category, tagged with keywords, and visible to people who want the same resource.
Anyone can join and start saving links. No paid tier, no feature gate. The value comes from two things: a clean structure that makes a large personal library searchable, and a community that keeps the best links visible to everyone.
What you can do here
- Submit links with a title, URL and description so the person who finds it later actually understands what it is.
- Organise with categories and tags — broad categories such as News, Business or Technology, plus free-form tags for the detail a category cannot express.
- Vote on other peoples submissions so genuinely useful links rise to the top instead of drowning in noise.
- Comment and discuss — a link is better when someone explains why it is worth the readers time.
- Browse the directory — Popular and Trending surface what the community found valuable, so you are not scrolling a blank feed.
- Follow users and see the collections they have built, which is faster than searching for the same topic yourself.
How rankings work
A links position is calculated from its votes, the age of the submission, and how many people have viewed it. Votes and time both matter, which means a genuinely useful link keeps rising while a stale or low-effort submission fades — without anyone having to curate it by hand.
Our principles
Useful over viral
We are not chasing clicks. A link that helps one person find the right documentation is worth more here than a link that got a thousand empty views.
Clean and honest data
Traffic and keyword reporting is built only from our own first-party records. Where data is incomplete — for example, browser referrer data that browsers deliberately trim — we say so on the page instead of showing an invented number.
No dark patterns
No selling your data, no fake accounts boosting votes, no nagging to upgrade to a plan that does not exist. Removal requests and copyright complaints are handled by a human.
